YAR! Pass Ye Rum Matey!
what if our crew could become drunk from the rum they plundered after attacking a town or another ship? this happened in real life im sure.
say have a rum (or soberity) counter and after every sucessful attack the pirate gets some rum. once they get to a set ammount of rum then they start to 'drink' it and get drunk. for every move after this set ammount they start to lose rum but become drunk in the process and their movement becomes impared. say, when they move it may not turn out exactly as planned, such as the ship moving one less space than it should have, or they move in an L shape, or they move in a totally different direction altogether, maybe even backwards! maybe make it so that every time someone attacks them sucessfully they lose rum in the process.
i dont know, but whats a pirate without his rum?
