Here are the winners and prizes for the October Challenge (Highest Upgrade, in order):

1. MrsAir - 13,11,8,7 - 100 GD
2. goldpirate - 13,11,8,6 - 50 GD
3. AirRogue - 13,11,7 - 20 GD

I decided to include the numbers that were used to calculate the winners since a lot of people were curious. The 3 or 4 numbers shown are the highest upgrades those people had after the initial values (1 cannon and 1 radar) were subtracted. As you can see, MrsAir and goldpirate were tied for their top 3 upgrades, so it went down to their 4th highest upgrade for the tiebreaker.
