i dont always get moves... just pm jason or chris... they'll get on it

He was saying he got them. Paypal is automatic for move purchases.

Sometimes the moves purchased with PayPal don't update, but we are notified when they don't and we try to update them ASAP. This problem happens sometimes if you purchase moves one right after the other.

you had 20 mins to use them ALL, maybe you lost some moves at midnight, going off the times of the transations from when you purchased them. That may be an idea. Dunno. Good luck.
