Pirate The World - Online Adventure Game

the little red "live" went away yesterday when hitting stop, but today it stays no matter how many times i click it or log in/out

the only thing that changes is the text "scan" and "stop", but the red "live" is allways there... worked the way it's supposed to yesterday though.

clearing cache solved the problem

I have the red Live word when the stop is on. When it says scan it is gone. Why is it backwards for me?

Hummingbird: It's not backwards...but maybe I need to find a better way to display it.

Diskmedel: I'm not sure why that's happening, but if I can find a better way to do it the problem should be solved.

To clarify, it is not backwards, when you see the word live the radar is live and the option to stop it is there, which is why you see the word stop. When the live radar is inactive, the word live is not shown and the option to scan is present. Hope this helps.

how bout this..this is how I understood it

Whatever it says, whether it is stop or scan, that is the link to do that specific action...

So, it the link says "Scan", that means you want to click that to make it scan...if the link says "stop", then you click that to stop the radar

Thanks everyone, it makes perfect sense to me now.
I was the one who had it backwards. I thought when it said scan I was scanning and stop, it stopped. No wonder I missed Popcan when he wiped me out.

hummingbird, lets make sure that you have it down just perfect. Go run up your fame to about 20 or so, turn your radar on and then message me your coords. Then just wait and you can watch me sail by...........don't worry, striker and I do it all the time

Hmm, I may have to have Cap add a jail to the game to throw these unruly pirates into when they misbehave so they cannot use their moves...

Believe it or not this used to work in the game we do not mention. I never had the heart to do the deed though.
