what does all this mean. i have more then 0 gold pieces what is a GD and a SD

GD = Gold Doubloons (1 GD = 1 $ that you can get via PayPal)
SD = Silver Doubloons (1 SD = 1 $ that you can use to purchase Fame Resets, etc)

Yes but it's not the end of the month, therefore you cannot cash them out. You have 0 pieces AVAILABLE.

so if i cash them out can people still take them

No.

If, at the end of the month, you have enough to cash out your gold and you choose to do so, you will convert your gold pieces to doubloons (cash) and will never be able to get those gold pieces back. You will, however, have cash to use either in-game or get via PayPal (only if you have enough and choose Gold Doubloons).

you dont give like checks or somethin and how much do i need to cashout

it will get transferred to paypal
