What about a box that tells us who is online and playing the game on the game screen. There is just a big black space to the right on the game screen. It could go there.

The system cannot track who is online accurately right now. This is something we are working on. We'll keep you updated.

I like that idea. We would be able to see who to be on the lookout for. I need all the help I can get.

I don't like the idea of being able to know exactly who is playing right now. It takes away some of the intrigue about who is hiding, sitting, actively moving, and so on...

I would like to know numbers, though, as I mentioned in a previous posting. Then, you wouldn't know that a specific person is playing right now, just that people are playing.

I don't really care for the idea. If I'm in an area where 5 ships are offline and I'm busy attacking them, it gives someone an advantage to know that out of everyone there, I'm the only one online. I'm playing right now, so by default have gold and probably some fame - go for me and me only....

I wouldn't mind if there were an option to be invisible on the list.

No, I absolutly HATE this idea. Not only will it ruin the whole sitting and acting like you aren't playing idea, but everyone will get good hits. If you know they are playing you will for sure attack them. Seriously, it WILL ruin the game. (However the NUMBER of people playing would be nice, but NOT the exact players.)

I also agree with the idea of not naming the people online. Truth be told, I would enjoy it, but agree with the anonymity consensus as it would provide a more targeted attacking mechanism for us all.
