You cash out GD's, you get your upgrades cut in half. It works on other sites, and would do a ton of good here.

Idea has been brought up before but didn't go down well. That alone would cost more gold than the cashout rate.

They're still gonna cashout, regardless of it being more than the upgrades cost. What's the use of having 1,000,000,000,000 gold if you get nothing out of it?
