I am so tired of storms. Consider this: after reaching observation level of 10 we get a percentage of moves. Example: hitting 50 storms earns 50 moves, and when observation increases to 15 get 75 moves back. Then buying observation would be more attractive to purchase. |

I like this idea, and I thought i would add a similar one. Observation could also lower the amount of moves lost from each storm by a small percentage. |
