What are you comments on the idea of, losing crew, items in storms, finding crewmembers or items in towns(when attacking) or when searching islands(finding cast aways, items off wrecked ships), or off other players? (taking captaives, plundering cannons, radars etc)

add a bit of spice?

fi8nding an occasional upgrade doesn't sound too bad to me, but it would have to be extremely rare - we don't really want someone "finding" level 10 radar instead of buying it lol
