Pirate The World - Online Adventure Game

Just brought this up in chat, and some people thought it would be a nice idea.

Give the towns random names, don't have to be real, could all be assigned by a computer.

Just a fun little think to add a little extra uniqueness to the game. Obviously not a high priority.

lol - that might be cool to have sometime down the road. Also, I think that different towns should have different defenses, so you don't ALWAYS succeed lol. Just my thoughts

I agree with both ideas presented. When I first started I was really confused that I always succeed when I attacked a town. There should be the odd one that has a higher defence and, therefore, should have more gold to plunder.

i only agree to this under the condition that one of the towns is called "meatzonia"

lol - i am already in the FAQ, but if you want to name one of the towns Spazville or Spaztown that would be cool. Maybe if we find "our town", and succeed in the attack, we get more gold, or maybe we can somehow implement the bank idea into the towns, and let us deposit, but only into "our town". This way, we couldn't deposit anywhere, but would have to get moves to get to our town. Also, if you attack your town, you cannon deposit there for a week.

try not to make up features to enhance other features that don't even exist... and im the only one who gets a town, because i thought of it.

well... actually Limecat suggested naming the towns, and you just stepped in and suggested a name lol

And as for suggesting how to alter suggestions, I just the the admin a long-term prospective of what could be done, or maybe they could get it all done at once. The idea of depositing has been brought up lately, so I figured I might try to implement it into the towns when you suggested they be named after members. Of course, I would like some towns to be named things other than members names.

Therefore, I think you should have to buy your town. I think the best way would be to have this would be with gold. This way, you would have to buy before you can deposit. And I wouldn't make the price very cheap lol Also, if someone doesn't feel that they want to save that much gold for a town, let them purchase it, with cash

How about changing the towns to harbors or ports? I mean we are out on the high seas.

Harbors and Ports would be cool... Having larger ones with a wider selection of things to buy might be nice too... I don't know what those things would be yet, but...

Thats why when you attack, depending on YOUR stats, you get different numbers of gold. Other wise you would have same number of gold at each attack.

i would say, that you just get random (i hate that word lately) chance of getting any amount from 1 to 100 gold.

also i insist one of the towns should be named Dogville.
