if you search an island now, will you be able to search it again during the hunt? it will still be the same day lol, and the prize may be on one you searched

Yes you can still search the same islands, but you will only find the treasure and nothing else.

ok cool, but what will it say if we search an island that we already searched, but it doesn't have the treasure?

so gold coins serve no purpose during the treasure hunt timeframe? other than the regular purpose of upgrading etc, and if we figure out and find the right island were going to get a popup saying that we found the treasure and its worth xx amount of $$???
