Just wondering why people played. I sure miss the game.

I enjoyed this game until the very end...

Of course, there were times in which I somewhat complained due to certain circumstances, but wouldn't we all?...haha..it's all part of the game!

The want to come back and fight again...those were the days

I answered "the game allowed me to compete early but still offer a challenge" as the best-fitting answer for me.

In reality, I liked the idea of getting cash, but mostly it was for fun and to challenge myself against the other players. :-) With one exception, I only took $20 of each of the cashouts that I received.

CaptainN, I noticed that once you took over the forum you sort of quit playing the game. Maybe I got smarter, stronger and was able to avoid you but I doubt it very much.

I had accomplished all that I thought there was to accomplish in the game! :-D

Also, about the same time that I started moderating I had less time to sit on the computer and play.

Moderating requires a different time model:

ptw = lots of time, little concentration
forum = little time, more thought

I was able to check the forums often and spend a few minutes here and there.
