Don't pearls come from oysters and not clams?

haha -- you're right. Now that it's pointed out I should have remember that correctly. I'm not sure how it got to be clams instead.

You can find them in other mollusks, but saltwater pearls are primarily found in oysters.

I'll update the text soon. Obviously very few people noticed. :-D

Do I get a free pearl for pointing this out?

A pearl is a hard, rounded object produced by certain animals, primarily mollusks such as oysters.

Yup--I finally got around to changing it.

Oysters are the correct creature that produce pearls. :-D

you do know that we still get a message that we pried clams open when we find pearls cap?

"nothings" and moves we find in oysters, pearls we find in clams... atleast my pearl from yesterday came from a clam... said so in the window that popped up
