hey ive been trying to go on ingame chat but this is what comes up..

And you're trying to enter the chat using the 'online chat' link??. All I can think is there is too many e's in the user name, though that shouldn't be a problem. If it's a problem the server has with your user name then you could try a different user name, but you'd have to ask capt about that I think.
