Prompted by your suggestions, I've added in a more meaningful referral system.

Starting now (and retroactive to March 1st) you will earn 5% (in SD) of everything your referrals purchase!!!

You can check out your referral earnings in your member's area. Only a few of you will see any numbers until more paypal transactions go through.

Hopefully this will bring some more players and cashout money into the game.

but will there be anything for those that continue to play without making purchases?

No. Your incentive is to get either a. referrals who buy things or b. so many referrals that some portion of them buy things.

It's simple and logical. More income for the game means more cash and prizes for everyone, as well as more time for me to work on new features.

Maybe you should get more referrals. You only have 1.

That's why we changed it. 500 gp wasn't worth it to get referrals.
