I am so sorry for being gone for so long. Real life intruded far too much into Pirate The World life. I'm back now, though, and will get to processing the backlog of items I have to get to.

bait car refers to a cop show where they park a nice Escalade with 20" spinners and a low rider kit in the projects with the keys in it. The bro's can't help it but to take a ride in the car they just "found". Then the cops turn off the ignition and bust them before they can strip it for parts.
