yes, i know this is an old story and I risk pee-ing of the admins BUT

is anyone getting a storm every 3-5 islands?

i read that there was a problem with the towns after the crash , did seacapt look into the settings for the islands to see if anything was disrupted in the code?

maybe I'm just getting one of those random stormy days.

The problem in the towns I found was unrelated to the storm calculations. The villagers were quite angry about the database crashing and took out their frustrations on everyone. I was able to settle them down a bit, however some towns are still peeved and should be avoided.

However, I will go and look over the code to see if I see anything out-of-wack.

There's nothing in the code that was affected.

I think you just had a really, really bad storm day. :-/ It's not happening to everyone.

Lol, well the storms seemed to be the hot topic of chat last night... And the first thing out of anyone's mouth when they entered was "is anyone else gettin alot of storms today" While i myself probably hit a record amount of storms yesterday in my set of moves, its no biggy, its the name of the game. Some nights im shafted by the randomizer and other nights ive gotten so many moves i dunno whatto do with em all. I wouldnt change a thing. We all jjst had a very very unlucky nifght last night it seems/
