Ok, i haven't done one of these for ages.. But I've had nothing to write about... Today when the power bill came. I knew it was time to break the dry spell.

SilentBob's Guide: How to get a $450 power bill
The first thing you want to do, is make sure that you, and the two people living with you are all students with no money.. that gives you a starting point.
Now, you want to move to the coldest, windiest and rainiest place that you have ever been with your two friends.
OK, now that we have the ground work set, you want to go out and purchase two computers, three heaters (the little electric fan types) and leave them running pretty much all day, everyday. It might be an idea to clean your house once or twice a month as well if you are hoping to have friends over - of course the people you live with wont bother helping.

Ok, so we're at the end of the month? Great! You should have used lots of power now... Just wait about two weeks and you will have a huge power bill! Well done! Now go to a store, buy a photo frame, and put it on your wall.. That's something to be proud of soldier.

Now you can spend the rest of the winter with no heaters freezing your ass off... But don't worry - you're a student! Just add the power bill to your student loan, go hang out at campus and have some free soup!

I blame Top Ramen for all the ADD and ADHD in the country-never had those ailments when I was a kid and we had never heard of the stuff-I ate so much when I was 18, I still can't stomach it and I am 42! As for nutritional value, you could probabaly get more eating elmers paste! :D
