I found a pearl which said i got a double fame reset :D. Does this mean i get 2 fame resets?

Well done. As far as I know they should both already be in your treasure chest, and it will have a button that resets your fame when you click it, so use it wisely. If they aren't already there then sea or bcp will add them soon.
