Referral cannot sign up

I have a friend who wants to sign up and play, but every time they fill it out and click sign up, it takes them back to the sign-up page and if they try to log in it returns them to the home page like they never signed up. Any ideas what they can do in order to sign-up?

what username did they use to sign up? I can check the system. I will also forward this bug to the programmer. Thanks for letting us know.

I think he said skulltoes was the name he tried to use, and then skulltoes1. Thanks for looking into this.
