something came to my mind while upgrading the UPGrade...

will the "plunders" be less if we upgrade ATTACK ?
example from Town, island...etc....

also

any reconmendation for newbies to start ?
currently my state is.....
Cannons 2
Hull 1
Radar 2
Crew 2
Observation 1
Navigation 0
Ship 0

any advice ??

Your attack doesn't make you earn less money. The same with once you reach a certain amount of gold you don't start earning less. We don't feel you should be punished like that. Earn as much as you can and cashout as much as you can.
