Can you attack or even see somebody who is logged in and moving through the map, or do they have to be out of moves and just chillin in the ocean
Will they disappear if i see them then they move? Can we like chase them? haha

you can see them while they(you are moving). You should have seen beta testing, everyone chasing people around the map.. it was so much fun

ya lol - you have to chase them down, and then attack quickly enough - if they are able to move just one space before you attack, you will get a messagesaying that they moved out of the way, and the attack didn't occur. It is pretty fun chasing people down actually lol, and I like how you have the ability to "dodge bullets" if you think quickly enough . It really gives trasportation a use, because if you are both going the same number of spaces per move, you will have a hard time cataching up
