Okay, maybe its me, and then again yeh, its me. But I seem to run into a lot of invisible ships. I am not talking about ships that are off my radar screen, I am even get the "Ahoy...you've plundered into another ship", message all the time. I see most of the ships on my radar screen, but I don't think its fair that someone that close can be invisible to me and sometimes hit me. I am upgrading as fast as I can, but don't understand this. Is it that I don't have enough radar, observation, or navigation or what? Or is it possible that it is a bug? I really would appreciate finding out for sure. Thanks.

There are no invisable ships, i would suggest that your ship moves more than your radar can see, for example if you have 5 radar then you can see 5 spaces in each direction, and if you move with a 7 ship then you will get that message as there will be a ship sitting on space 7 where you cant see.
Hope this helps

yep smiller is right! I had the same issue, but it was only becuase i was hopping along further than my radar can see. If this happens, bump your ship down a notch and move forward to see whos there.

Yes, as far as I know socorban and smiller are right, though if anyone is using a ship lower than their radar and bumping into invisible ships, please let me know ASAP! :-D

Can you give me a specific example?

Next time it happens please PM me the time, the exact coords, the ship you were in, and the direction you were trying to move. I can verify the information against the logs and see what happened.

thank you for all of your answers. I think it is because of the ship I'm using right now. I do move 5 spaces. But it was happening before I upgraded also. It just happens a lot more now. Thank you again.
