Post subject:  Trouble playing game
Hi,
Im brand new here and I cant get in to play. Whenever I click on start game the screen pops up for a second or two and then disappears.

What do I do?

That could be a number of different things. First, disable any popup blockers you might have running and see if that fixes it. Sometimes the game can be blocked since it is a popup. If that didn't do it go ahead and re-enable what you disabled.

Second, you may have to log out of the game and back in. If you leave yourself logged in for a while you could "time out" of the game server and when you click on Start Game it immediately closes itself as a security measure.

If that doesn't work let me know and I have more ideas.

try cleaning out your "cookies" sometimes that helps me :)

Does it do the same for other game windows such as the log??. And what browser are you using??.

I can get into everything else. Im using mozilla firefox.


Cleaned cookies - didnt work.

No I have not. I'm wondering if I would be better deleting the account and trying again.

This is so frustrating - I was looking forward to playing this game.

BTW beta link loads but I only get the header and then a black playing field, still thats 100% better than the start link....lol.

What operating system and web browser are you using? No one else, as far as I know, is having the problem that you are having. Post it here, PM it to me, or email me at the admin email address.
