I kno this is old, and its not ur fault, but.......should we keep a record of the people we refer, so that if it happens again, we can just giv u th names and u can take care of it? :?

Thats not a bad idea... we would have to confirm that info with each of the peoplel you think you referred. I don't believe this is going to happen again as we have since implemented daily backups. :wink:
