I brought this up late week end to admin. I attacked someone and they attacked me we both should have got gold but it didn't add up right.

Admin told me I was imagining things.

Subject: A confusing exchange.
I am a bit confused about this exchange of fire. At 12:54:32 I had about 27700 gold starr1238 is hit by me for 8571 so I should have gone to about 36271 then I was hit star1238 for 9891 so at 12:54:35 I should have about 25380. Instead I am at about 17700. This is as if star1238 only hit me. Thanks for looking into this.

I just found out that you guys attacked each other at the same exact time so it didn't add any gold. It's something in the script called a deadlock to prevent any problems in the script.

so what is going to happen?

same thing happened to me the other day I hit Nolita and she hit me at the same time. I got over 14k from her and she got over 11k from me but I never got the 3+k.
