Yesterday, I paid for a fame reset which as of today I have not received. I have the paypal receipt for proof. I had over 40000 gold saved up and today I am down to 162. I don't know who to notify. I did email Shelvock since I have noticed he does alot for this site. I never got a response and now 3 days of plundering has gone down the drain.
Will someone please look into this? I have paid for quite a few resets in the past but they all took effect imediately...WTH. It really sucks when you rush home from work to play the game only to get squashed by a glitch.
Is there anyway my lost gold can be given back? or have my payment refunded or used another day?
