ok.. so there is obviously a problem with the server that is causing it to lag very badly.. i personally notice this worst when people are on my radar (possibly live radar problems?).. but not just then.. like said above.. i have times of brilliance when its great.. but there are most times where it flat out sucks and makes it nearly impossible to play.. i also think that may have something to do w/ all the storms because if its some sort of timed random # gen. it could be catching it at the time where the majority of storm possibilities occur, idk that for sure tho.. what i do know.. is these are the 3 people i know for sure were playing at th is time.. along with me.. and all 4 of us are experiencing a slow server.. lag.... not to "bitch or cry" but its the truth, needs to be pointed out, and hopefully something will be done about it

From what I can tell, there is nothing wrong with the calculations that would be causing it to lag so bad.

Live radar, storms, and the like are not the culprit here.

If we can keep on eliminating possibilities, we will have to be left with the right answer.

I only seem to get it when there's a pirate moving on my radar. I live in the sticks and only have dial up so i never expect to just motor around with no problem but i have noticed that's when i freeze up. It almost seems like because both screens are trying to load it freezes me up. idk, just a thought...

OK - how about this....... right after a attack is when it seems to get bad for me - eather being attacked or attacking - thats what I have noticed

I notice lag from time to time but attribute it to lots of things...

What I am noticing tho, when attacking ships, it seems the "dot" has to be clicked several times in order to get a response... Is is me or lag or....?

LOL - as a matter o fact, when you rudely took my money, I noticed a lag, in fact - game froze, but also when i attack I noticed it - the lag. AND...... Congrats 2 striker, The favor will be returned

Seriously tho' It hppens when I am sitting still and the other person is sitting still...

I get this a LOT myself! I often have to click 3-4 times to get it to come through. Pain in the rear that is!
