 Post subject: game stalling

am running IE and the game stalls at least 5 times each session of play
does anyone have any idea
I have to shut everything down and reopen
does it no matter what I have running
dont use live attack log

i have the same problem.. without using live anything.. it just seems to randomly stall every once in awhile...

Not sure if this helps... I notice when things seem to REALLY lag or freeze, the status bar gets stuck on 3.adbrite.com

It's not like this every time it lags but it seems to show up more than not...

I switched to FF and it works fine with live stuff

yes... firefox has never been the problem.. but firefox lags a lot more while moving.. which makes ie a major help

Yeah adbrite can slow things down...sometimes. Other times adbrite runs super fast. Yet another possibility is that adbrite was the last thing that was contacted successfully and now it's waiting on another part of the page to load.

I'm brainstorming ways to optimize the database (the backbone of PTW), as there is some slow processes there.
