Pirate The World - Online Adventure Game

So I'm visiting my parents for X-mas here and I decided to get my PTW fix for the day. However, no matter what browser I was using it kept crashing after a few moves.I scoured Google and nailed it down to Javascript. I logged into the game, disabled Javascript, and away I went. Not sure what the underlying problem is on their computer but if anyone else if having similar problems that's something you can do to fix it.

I would suggest doing all of the windows updates from the microsoft site. This seems to fix most browser prolems i've come across.
