my friend wants to play this game cuz he's at my house everyday and sees me playing it but he doesnt have internet at his... if we create his account on a different ip adress is it ok for him to play it on this one?

You don't have to sign him up from a different IP, just don't use him as a referral and if he is on the same IP dont attack his ship. That could be viewed as cheating.

what if u get a friend on and he plays at his house most the time but every once in while he comes to ur place?

From what I've heard and been told (and please correct me if I'm wrong admins), accounts that show activity on the same IP addresses will be scrutinized more than ones that are not. Your friend simply playing the game from your computer once in a while won't get you banned. If you and your friend are cheating, though, rest assured that it will be noticed.

I was down state last weekend and played on my friends computer. I had refered him and he signed up. We tried to sign up another friend (she's my housemate) but the site would not let us. The second friend will be playing on her own computer, but we did a wireless connection so we can use both computers at once. Will that be a problem?

Nope, that is fine, just dont attack or refer people from the same ip or internet connection. If you are only playing from that ip for a short time it's not an issue. Thanks
